LAS officer gives his view of Europe’s largest disaster drill

London Ambulance Service - In a disused power station in Kent in the UK, Europe's largest disaster training exercise was held involving more than 175 staff from London Ambulance Service including paramedics and specialists from the Hazardous Area Response Team (HART). Organised by the London Fire Brigade and funded by the EU, the unique training scenario involved more than 1,000 casualty and ran from February 29 - March 3, 2016.
