Army life is not too bad. Extremely hot here though... 120 degrees the past couple of days. Last week of EMT class though... whoo-hoo! lol. hope life in the States is grand! Stay safe

army life is ok...im in the Reserves. it's good money when ur deployed. im in kuwait right now support OIF:Operation Iraqi Freedom. my mos is 89B:Ammunition Specialist...we issue, ship, inspect, etc ammo to the troops going up North:Iraq. We work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. kind of a relief to get to leave for class 4 days a week. have about 3wks of emt-b class left.

My department is on Long Island. It is a volunteer department with 3 ALS ambulances. We are separate from the fire department. We do over 1200 runs a year. What about your department?
