EMT Competition HELP

Ok Ladies and Gentleman, I need some help. I am in charge of creating an EMT competition for the State of Delaware for our Conference in September of 2012. Sometimes it pays off to turn a company in for medical fraud, esp overseas

I was hired by Amina Corps S3 Medical clinic at Bagram Airbase, A-stan. Well the CEO Muhammad Ahmed is finally going to pay me my back pay due me. Plus, he wanted an American mid-level provider such as myself a RN CS FNP to cover his clinic. He took down all the misleading posters that showed an American EMT as a "dr" and hired a retired Army LTC to oversee his operation etc.  He asks me to come back on board.
