- Hi Kyla justn stopped by to say hello. Just got off duty at 1900 hours was suppose to get off at 1800 but had to transport a patient to Spokane Wash. He had a Aortic embolism about 10 cm big. So had to get him there right away. Well gotta go to bed have to get up at 0430 for my next shift then I get one day off and then a 48 hour shift. So goes emergency medicine.

Hi everyone, I have been working a Fly Car now for 2 years. I also like the concept. In fact, the hospital that I am working in (Bangkok, Thailand) is the only hospital base ambulance that operate this type of vehicle with multi-tasks.
If you work in a "fly car" or "first responder" this is the place for you. Say hello, get to know each other, share experiences good or bad. A good place to vent or just learn what we all do in our regions.
Very interestingly, how do you apply them (ice packs) on the patient ?
