- Hello Reaper Medic 11, In Brunei so far the Paramedics are originally Registered StaffNurses later trained to be Paramedics. So far there hasnt been any foreign Paramedics or Nurses employed as Paramedics here in Brunei. But for clinical nurses there are many. It is mainly due to the language barrier that may be difficult for foreigner, unlike the indenpendent prehospital settings the clinical settings has many clinical colleagues to aid them translate. Maybe one day...
