In my 30th year in 'the back of the truck'. I still love it nearly every day. If you do not like people, move on. I provide Tactical EMS coverage for a county wide law enforcement swat team. I am a member of a state sponsored Maine EMS Honor Guard. I plan on staying in the back of the truck for a few more years before someday retiring and becoming a fireman (it's the easiest retirement gig I can think of).
