Understand that the question was raised and asked of me, "what type of proceedures have you performed?", I answered honestly and see now that everyone is so focused on the issues of personal liability and the civilian penalties that none can realize that most of the prceedures were "over there" and at the orders of the practioners who were completely qualified but too few and far between so that it was necessary for them to use what ever resources available.

I am not surprized but some what disappointed that our primary reason for being public servants has been over shadowed by fear of punishment.

Many licensed doctors are subject to litigation every day,... good thing they do not consider their own personal issues before they save a life.
