I work for the Metro Washington (DC) Council of Governments (MWCOG) Bio-Emergency Preparedness Subcommittee (BEPS) as an EMS/Public Health Planner.
My office is located inside the D.C. Department of Health's Health Emergency Preparedness & Response (HEPRA) office (entire 5th floor of the People's building) at
64 New York Ave NE #5000 (corner of NY and North Capital Ave NE) which is ten blocks north of the U.S. Capitol (Congress) Building.
Although I am employeed by a private consulting group, I take direction from Col. Beverly Pritchett, Sr. Deputy Director at the D.C. Dept of Health. and Nancy Rea, of the MWCOG (
www.mwcog.org) and Samson Williams, at HEPRA.
I have an office in Washington D.C. at the D.C. Dept of Health, and an office at ICF International in Fairfax, VA, and an office near my home in San Jose, CA.
