So far I haven't needed ours, but from what I see, ours isn't to bad. But there are others that are just horrible. Can you take the National regisrty over again? Not sure how your state works. Right now I am in school to become a nurse. Getting tired of bringing 350+ lb people uo and down from the 3rd floor. The new stair chairs work great going down, but bringing someone upstairs they add 50 lbs to the carry. Have a great Valentines Day. Take care.
