This group is dedicated to James O. Page, founder of JEMS and father of modern EMS. Page died suddenly Sept. 4, 2004, at 68. He has been greatly missed, but through his teachings and our memories, we can continue to honor him and what he stood for.

A Detroit company sold a 1976 Cadillac Ambulance a Few months back and the New owner took it to a Cadillac Dealer for a Check over . The Mechanic Said this is a Brand New Car car had 1000 Miles on it and never saw snow etc

Most of the places that tried combination fire/police services were small towns or mid-sized cities.
Most of those places didn't have lots of administrative staff to begin with.
