- About Me
- I currently serve as the Emergency Medical Services Captain for the New Berlin Fire Department as a volunteer. I recently left Selinsgrove Ambulance Service as their EMS Coordinator for the paid BLS Division. I also work as an occasional employee for Evangelical Community Hopsital Pre-hospital Services.
I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best EMS/Fire professionals out there. The information and experience that I have learned from these great people earned me the "2002 Emergency Services Merit Award" for the New Berlin Fire Department and the "2008 BLS Practitioner of the year" for our regional EMS.
I currently work as a Health & Safety Coordinator in a Technical School that serves five school districts.

Hi everyone, I have been working a Fly Car now for 2 years. I also like the concept. In fact, the hospital that I am working in (Bangkok, Thailand) is the only hospital base ambulance that operate this type of vehicle with multi-tasks.
If you work in a "fly car" or "first responder" this is the place for you. Say hello, get to know each other, share experiences good or bad. A good place to vent or just learn what we all do in our regions.
Very interestingly, how do you apply them (ice packs) on the patient ?
