"Not being familiar will all states, I can tell you that in New York State, Nurses are licensed and Paramedics are certified by certificate only. thus is the reason for recertification every three years for Paramedics. There have been pilot programs…"

Laugh? Ha! No really, y'all are so much colder than we are... I feel for you I reallydo. we've had quite a bit of below zero weather, and we did laugh when the President referred to a normal snow storm as "Snowmageddon". But truthfully, we do not envy your humidity. Makes such a difference. In New Orleans, where I'm from, their 45 degrees freezez to the bone; where as here, our 17 is t-shirt and sweater weather. Cool page by the way... Blessings! K-
