Congratulations! I've just read the IPSLEI prospectus document. This is one of those things that has been long and badly needed. Hopefully you can template a model that can be replicated elsewhere in the U.S. -hopefully in many, many places.

Have you seen the NEMSMA Leadership Agenda document? If you'd like to engage in that effort, please connect with me.

I have a question. Looking over the cast of characters in the IPSLEI document, I don't think I saw any EMS folk. Is the California genre, is EMS that is not provided for by a fire department not considered part of the "public safety" community? Or did they just choose not to play?
