Kenny:
I would like to gather national statistics on the many paramedics that suffer under this stigma PTSD. Maybe there can be models and educationals offered for awareness and treatment.
If you have some evidence for starting this type of research please let me know. Best Pete
Hello Kenny.
Good to meet you. I am a medic in Hamilton, Ontario Canada, with 23 years of " helping people". I put in a request for information regarding starting a study on PTSD and how it affects medic. Another medic asked the same question, but as of yet did not get a reply. Since you are an educator, maybe you could investigate, and I can get the ball rolling.
I'm in Fresno brother :o)
