Who benefits from AMLS.. EMT-Basics ? Medics ? or both

AMLS--would EMT-Basics benefit from this too?? Currently in a service, Medics will go thru AMLS. Should EMT-Basics go thru this as well? NAEMT says it benefits EMT-Basics all the way to MD's.
