I am currently a Critical Care Paramedic at a local hospital. The CCPs here have a scope of practice that far surpasses the usual pre-hospital environment, which is something that I thoroughly enjoy. I also work part time for a local fire department, along with my wife, who is also an EMT. When I'm not at work, I am very involved in Amateur Radio (my callsign is WI9EMS). For those EMS folks that are also Amateur Radio Operators, link into Echolink node #390280 (KB9YQU). I also love to study Greek culture and the Greek language (I am conversationally fluent in Greek). I absolutely love to spend time with my wife and 2 girls (we have a Cocker Spaniel and a Lab-Chow mix).

I Love Being in EMS Because
I am enamoured with healing one's pain and suffering.
To my brother and sister medic warriors. How a retired Army Nurse Corps Major uncovered this medical fraud and the US Govt really looks the other way. A reminder we still must report even when it's not popular to do so

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I live in New York State. I live in the Northeastern part of the state, where I can actually see Canada from my front porch. I've been doing EMS just shy of 25 years.Merry Xmas and stay safe. Hope to chat sometime soon.
