Dear Amos,
Thank you very much for your quick response and I am glad to know that you are from Zimbabwe. Sorry that our Website was written in Japanese but I can give you more information as necessary.
I was in Zambia for 10 years from 1996 to 2006 and of course visited Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. It is very wonderful place. Right now you are in Australia?
When I visited Harare in 2001, I saw one private ambulance company, providing EMS. But I understand that it is for the people who can afford to pay ambulance charges.
In Zambia, there was no single public ambulance available for the general public. You know what I mean.
So we created one basic system under the Zambia Police Service since it was the only governmental organization at that time being responsible for various emergencies. I have not yet studied about Zimbabwe but the capital city was very advnaced simply compared with Lusaka, Zambia when I visited in 2000........... bit old info. but. Thank you

Great - i'm glad to see you've already sent the invite.
Must say, quite an impressive résumé you've put together. Would love to see what we can do to help improve EMS in Zimbabwe.
