Randy Goodale said… - The last time I was down in the Binghamton area, I ended up in Deposit, It seems you guys had a "Little" water problem. I was born and lived until 6/2008 in Onondaga County, and we went down to help out. Even assisted in evacuating a hsopital while we were there... Always glad to help....Now in North Carolina..
