With "Obamacare" being constitutional. What are your concerns? How will it affect you?

Since it's inception, PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) has raised many concerns. It has been the subject of debate. Now we know it is the "law" of the land. President Obama has begun the long road to health care reform. Since the does has settled from the US Sumpreme Court June decision; let's discuss this. Married and a father. I love being with them. I have dedicated my spare time in improving EMS Care and Delivery. I'm currently pursuing a B.S. In Health Services Administration. My long term goal is to revamp our Health Care Delivery System; where everyone can receive coverage, never go bankrupt due to medical costs, the government will spend under 10% GDP on Health, and have health related companies/corporations to re-invest their profits.
