We have a small, 4 units, rural system and were wondering if there is an industry standard for a ratio of full time employees to part time employees. We experience problems during summer vacation periods and holidays. Too many part timers mean some do not get enough hours and get discouraged and quit. Too few and they get worked like dogs until they burn out and quit. Is anyone else having the same problems and if you are how are you dealing with it?ThanksSee More
