I am glad to be your friend as well. I was fortunate enough to obtain patches from a friend who visited the Phillipines a few years ago. She brough me back fire and police patches as well as a correctional service patch from Bacolad city. If ever you do get patches and you want to trade, just let me know my friend! Stay safe.
