doc, When those private businesses run those big vehicles on emergency responses with the legal right to disregard traffic laws, then your example will apply. Until then, it doesn't.

Tom, It's been a while, but I have seen the 5th (brown) lead that actually was a bipolar lead designed to add MCL1 to the monitor selection. It is a poor substitute for an actual 12 lead ECG with unipolar chest leads, regardless.
