Hey, how are you all doing? I've been an EMT-B for approx. 12 yrs. Was pretty active at first and then due to a family and the distance I lived from the hall, I became a backup EMT, and spent more time in the fire service aspect. Lately I've become much more active due to kids leaving the nest. Have 5 kids. My middle boy just became a new EMT. and works for Millcreek Paramedic Service in Erie Pa. I'm also in the process of trying to make up my mind what I want to do w/the rest of my life as far as a career change. I'm leaning towards the EMS field someplace. I'll take all sorts of suggestions. Have a good evening!

Hi everyone, I have been working a Fly Car now for 2 years. I also like the concept. In fact, the hospital that I am working in (Bangkok, Thailand) is the only hospital base ambulance that operate this type of vehicle with multi-tasks.

If you work in a "fly car" or "first responder" this is the place for you. Say hello, get to know each other, share experiences good or bad. A good place to vent or just learn what we all do in our regions.

Very interestingly, how do you apply them (ice packs) on the patient ?
