Last week I spent time with San Antonio Fire Department's Medical Special Operations Unit and these guys have the ability to support not only SWAT but all Rescue aspects. They were demonstrating a device for extractions. This team is Solid!

I just returned from a week of Tactical Medic Training in Houston Texas. The course was taught by The CYPRESS CREEK ADVANCED TACTICAL TEAM. This was a solid program and if you are looking for an outstanding course this is it follow this link for more details.
