New Ambulance Service in York County Provides Better Care and Coverage
I was pleased to be part of this new ALS service following graduation. We began ALS service in September and things have been running smoothly. What are your thoughts on new ALS startups and how can a service be successful, what are the key points to a good ALS service.

Thoughts on good services....GOOD PEOPLE! Don't expand if you don't have the QUALITY people to do it. Better to stay a small fish with excellent equipment, people, and performance, than try to get big and fall to mediacrity (sp?). I've seen that a few times. Good luck with the new service.
