The mission of the California Association of Emergency Medical Technicians is to serve the prehospital EMS care providers of California by presenting networking opportunities, offer continuing education, work with CAAEMT partners to give discounts on services and products, and represent its membership during discussions that will readily affect their practice and protocols.

You know thats kind of funny. Everyone said for so long... it's confidence...you have to have confidence. Now I feel like I have a good hold on that just not sure about the rest. But I have noticed that when I'm the acting medic I have gotten into my own groove and it's working pretty good. Thanks.

Its not a bad thing that you don't feel like you know enough. To be honest, you can never know enough. Now if its confidence that your feeling you lack, that just comes with time. You won't feel comfortable for the first couple months, then you'll start to find your groove. I still study an hour a day so I would encourage you to do the same.
