Valerie, if you were to contact Delta Ambulance, Northeast Mobile health services or United Ambulance in Maine, I am sure they can help you out.  They have all done critical care transports and I believe Delta and United still run a CC truck.  Not sure what state you are from and your protocols are, but it is a start.

Hello everyone,

My agency is looking to expand our services to include a critical care transport team- transporting critical patients, patients on vents, critical drips, high risk, etc. A few members are active paramedics/RN's and would be willing to be involved in advanced training and protocols, etc. I just have no idea where to start. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate them. Thank you in advance!

G'day.....I'm Cheryl and I am an Advanced Care Paramedic in Queensland Australia. I've been in this job for nearly 13 years in various stations. I am also in the final year of my Nursing Degree.
Being a Paramedic was my dream and now I am looking forward to heading off to the USA in a year or two - for a working vacation. Nice to meet you all!!
