Great work Jason! The information on Canadian EMS is a little inaccurate but not too far off the mark.

cheers

The DIEMS Project
Database for International EMS Systems

Trek Medics International is proud to inform you of the DIEMS Project launch - the most comprehensive database for International EMS on the net.

For the past two years we've been searching countless medical journals and other publications to find as much accurate information on international EMS systems as possible, and now we're excited to finally share it with you.

At the moment, we've got 26 different countries posted - but we've got a lot more on the way. Just visit us at
www.trekmedics.org/projects/diems/ to find out more.

Also, if you have any info, pics or links you'd like to share for other International EMS systems, feel free to submit it to diemsproject@gmail.com - just be sure that the info is accurate, recent and from a reputable source to make sure we're providing the most reliable information possible.

Hope you enjoy!

I have created a discussion forum to explore the EMS community's feelings on our resonsibility for rendering care to patients who do not speak English. If you have feelings in either direction, I would really like to hear them please at:

Thank you.

Hello, I am a fire/EMS chief in Mexico, and I was wondering if there is anyone who might be able to help me in finding departments in the USA that would be willing to donate there used equipment and aparatus. We are a volunteer organization and the government does not supply enough resourses tor EMS. Many comunities we server rely on a EMS response time of 30 or more minutes. We want to pring this down, placing ambulances in these comunity, we just do not have the form to purchase them.
