Hi all! There is a new association in California representing EMS professionals. Even if you are not an EMD, EMR, EMT, AEMT or Paramedic in California, please "Like" this page to support us!  CAAEMT Facebook Page

The mission of the California Association of Emergency Medical Technicians is to serve the prehospital EMS care providers of California by presenting networking opportunities, offer continuing education, work with CAAEMT partners to give discounts on services and products, and represent its membership during discussions that will readily affect their practice and protocols.

Spread the word by re-posting on JEMS and Facebook!

Hello! Just wanted to let everyone know about an exciting Expert Panel that will be going on all next week (June 13-17) at GHDonline.org:

Building Capacity to Enhance Prehospital care in Developing Countries

Emergency Medicine and trauma care experts will lead a discussion around designing, implementing and evaluating prehospital emergency medical care training courses. This panel will take place in the Global Surgery & Anesthesia community.

GHDonline is part of the Global Health Delivery Project and is a really excellent online community and resource for global health that was created by Partners In Health, Brigham and Women's Hospital (MA), and Harvard's Medical School and School of Public Health.

While they have resources on all things Global Health, we are particularly excited for their Prehospital Care Expert Panel, and hope that everyone can join and submit their own questions!

You can sign up free here:
