Hello everyone I am a paramedic in PA 100% volenteer BLS service, where I am the asst captian and softwear admin. In NY for a privet service (fly car intercept and ALS med tx) We use EMS charts at both places it has its querks but over all I like it.

Has anyone inquired as to emsCharts compliance requirements with the new FTC Red Flag Rules and thier impending enforcement as of 05/01/09?
