I'm certain we all have target times for our chute times, bedside times at referring facilities, and turn times at the receiving facilities.  I'd like to see what you're using for target times and the percentage of instances where you're achieving these times, specifically as they relate to interfacility transfers.  And finally, on what are these target times based? Do you have any evidence to support these targets or are they simply based upon tribal knowledge?  If you'ld like bonus points, how do you define Chute time and bedside time?  Thanks in advance for your input.
