Sunday, February 8th, after angioplasty in Amarillo, Ronia died from an aneurism of the brain. Ronia was an EMT with Panhandle EMS and had previously been an EMT with McLean EMS. Funeral services were February 12th, in Denver City, TX, interment was at Plains Cemetary. Tribute was paid to Ronia by members of 3 EMS Services and 2 Fire Departments.
Ronia leaves behind her husband Bill, two daughters and one son, one grandson and one granddaughter, her father and step-mother, one sister, and a whole extended family of friends and loved ones.
In addition to being an EMT, Ronia was also an experienced florist, working for my mother in law for 9 years. She will be missed tremendously.
The family has asked that instead of flowers, donations be made to the EMS organization of choice.
