This is a matter for the Ministry/Secretary of Health. The Health Department must form a cabinet/department regarding EMS. A leader must be appointed; then a staff must be hired for various aspect of EMS; from Operations to Certification/Education to Bi-Laws/Policy to Administration/Clerical to Finance to etc... The Country needs EMS Region Councils and Director/Commissioner must be assigned with support staff... Then Certificate/License to operate an Ambuylance/First Aid/Paramedic Services must be applied and registered. Ambulance providers level must me deveoped and scope of practice assigned. The procedure and criteria to become a prehospital care provider must be made. A curriculum must be deveoped and protocols must be formed. Decision on how certifications are kept and process to renew. A Medical Director and Medical Advisory Council on every level must be formed....

There is more but it is a collaborate effort from many people on every level not just providers. EMS goes beyond just forming a service. Regulation and Policy is paramount and it is the hardest to develop and maintained.... Good luck...
All this must be approved by the government first before implemented.....

Thank you so much for that nice comment sir.,but the problem sir is we dont know when our government will look into or realized our part or our importance to the needs of people when emergency or disaster arise..We will wait for the actions of some concerned governement officials on this matter. And we hope an immediate action from them.,thank you so much sir..
