I'm updating my RSS Feed Reader and trying to add some more EMS relevant podcasts. I'm looking for podcasts pertaining more to Emergency Medicine and patient care aspects rather than war stories or management. Something that will keep me up to date on current studies and provide better patient care. So in short, which EMS podcasts do you listen to on a regular basis?
Oh and blogs are ok too; I prefer podcasts though. Thanks in advance!

These are just some of my favorites.
I'm certain I'm leaving out some outstanding educational podcasts. I've been meaning to listen to Pedi-U but I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
