JEMS Connect - EMS Emergency Medical Services

Social and Professional Network

I wanted you all to take a look at the trailers for NBC's new show slated for this fall.  NBC blew it 2 years ago with Trauma.... here they go again.

Check out the pericardiocentesis with the LP10 (they must have a huge budget, not to mention a copy of circa 1982 cook county ALS protocols)

Chicago Fire's technical advisor must have been asleep when they shot the scene with SWRT paramedics rappeling over the side of a bridge with SCUBA tanks to intercept a surfaced victim moving down the river.  AWESOME!!!

Where's Rabbit when you need him?

Man, I think you are being a little hard on it considering it hasn't even aired yet. Besides at what point did entertainment become realistic? I'll watch it. And if the story is good I'll keep watching, bullshit or not.

I am sure you and your cats will enjoy the show. You are definitely the target audience.

Thank God I won't be able to see it over here in the sandbox. I can live without watching someone do a cartwheel to avoid being in water when defibbing a patient. LOL.
