OK, but you'd have to compete with other former paramedics who blog about research relevant to paramedicine. Not that I can think of any off-hand. :)I was thinking of starting a blog here with "Mike's suggested reading" as well as some other educational and porting of certain critical care concepts I find easily transferable to the emergent setting, but the rank and file don't seem to appreciate too many of my medically related posts on just about any EMS forum.
